MediLearning International provides professional education, Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”), Continuing Medical Education (“CME”) and related services primarily to healthcare professionals and healthcare organisations.

If your MediLearning account is associated with an employer, hospital, clinic, healthcare organisation or other organisation using MediPro, authorised administrators or Group Leaders from that organisation may be able to access information concerning staff members assigned to their organisation.

Organisational administrators do not receive complete payment card details through MediPro.
Your employer or healthcare organisation may independently act as a data controller in relation to its use of your personal information. Questions concerning how your organisation uses information obtained through MediPro should also be directed to that organisation.
MediLearning may issue certificates or other records evidencing completion of accredited or recognised CPD/CME activities.
Unless otherwise specifically stated for a particular programme, MediLearning does not automatically submit your individual certificate or completion record to an accreditation or professional regulatory body on your behalf.
You are responsible for downloading and submitting your certificate to the appropriate professional or regulatory authority where required.
If a particular programme requires MediLearning to disclose identifiable learner information to an accreditation, regulatory or professional body, we will provide appropriate information about that processing where required.
MediLearning works with selected commercial, professional, marketplace and distribution partners that may refer healthcare professionals and other users to our platform.
When you access MediLearning through a partner referral link, referral code or similar mechanism, we may record information identifying the referring partner.
We may associate subsequent activity with that referral for a defined attribution period.
