About this collection

The aim of this module is to explore the diagnosis and management of asthma in adults. The module will focus on symptoms, diagnosis, differential diagnoses, and treatment and management of asthma following the GINA 2024 guidelines.

Allergic rhinitis is inflammation of the nasal passages caused by an allergen, such as pollen, dust, mould, or skin flakes from certain animals. Hay fever is a type of allergic rhinitis caused by pollen or spores. Hay fever affects the nose, sinuses, throat, and eyes and usually occurs during the spring and summer months. Exactly when it occurs depends on which pollens the person is allergic to.

On completion of this module on acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) you will have an insight and understanding of AML, its pathology, symptoms, diagnosis, treatments, and current clinical practice guidelines (CPGs).
